Last, week, this beautiful property had the full works when it comes to our exterior cleaning service. We were here for two days completing a thorough deep cleaning which involved a complete roof treatment & steam cleaning around the property for the new owners.
As you can see from the before and after photos of the roof, the difference is staggering. It’s a truly beautiful property in the South Hams surrounded by beautiful land so to be able to bring it back to its best was really satisfying.
As well as a thorough roof cleaning we also cleaned many other external areas.
This included the fascias and guttering which were cleared and cleaned.
The solar panels were cleaned, removing all the bird mess, moss etc. As the owners are bird proofing specialists, this is really important. They can now bird proof the solar panels, preventing future mess.
The Indian sandstone patio was also pre-treated for Blackspot which was then followed by a low steam clean. This is to avoid any damage to the stone or discolouration. As you can see the results are amazing.
We also cleaned the windows, doors and the frames to ensure that we didn’t miss any part of the house as part of our exterior cleaning service.
All of the work was completed from either towers or at ground level meaning that we had access to every area including the tricker roof parts.

It is also important to mention that we don’t walk on your roof. Safety is paramount to us and we don’t want harm coming to anyone or your property. All roofs require an onsite survey before we start work to check both the condition of the roof and the access requirements. Once the survey is complete, we can then arrange a time and date to carry out the work.
