a short notice call for carpet cleaning and Steve was able to squeeze me in amongst all his bookings. Rob showed up in time, even gave me a call for notifying me of his arrival. But most important, job done to perfection, carpet almost dry and most importantly for me...a service with a smile since he showed up at my door. Steve invoiced me as soon as i requested it and all just perfect since first contact. Grateful i came accross them.
